Expressed Tracked 24 or Standard 48 hours delivery by Royal Mail
As a standard, all orders received before 2 pm are fulfilled and dispatched on the same day with Royal Mail.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email and text with a tracking number and shipping updates. You can edit your delivery date and address directly via Royal Mail's website.
Private same-day courier service in London
Residents of London (within the M25) can now place any order on our website and enjoy a 4 hour delivery window to receive their parcels on the same day.
Courier fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery postcode.
*Note: The service is available Monday to Friday only.
Orders received before 2 pm will be delivered the same day. Thereafter, orders will be delivered the following day.
For at-home tests, the kit will be supplied with a return label to post the sample back to the lab.
Intenrational DHL Express
All orders placed for international delivery are processed with DHL Express, ensuring that your orders are delivered promptly and efficiently.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 Return (1-3 working days)
As a standard, we include the Tracked 24 returns bag inside all our testing kits free of charge, as it provides our customers with access to the vast network of Royal Mail post boxes.
