Take Fexofenadine 120 and 180 Tablets exactly as directed by your healthcare professional. The usual recommended dose for adults and children over 12 years of age is one tablet (120mg) or as prescribed. These non-drowsy tablets can be taken with or without food, but avoid consuming them with fruit juices, as it may reduce their effectiveness.

Each tablet contains the active ingredient Fexofenadine Hydrochloride, available in strengths of 120mg and 180mg. This antihistamine helps relieve symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy or watery eyes, and itching of the throat or nose. Fexofenadine works by blocking histamine, a natural substance in the body that triggers allergic reactions.

Fexofenadine 120 and 180 Tablets are generally well-tolerated, but like any medication, they may cause some side effects in certain individuals. Common side effects may include headache, dizziness, drowsiness, and dry mouth. If you experience any unusual or severe side effects, consult your healthcare provider immediately.
