Dosage: Adults and children aged 12 years and over should take one tablet every four to six hours as needed. Do not exceed four tablets in 24 hours.
Do Not Crush: Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not chew or crush the tablet.
Duration: If your symptoms persist for more than seven days, consult a healthcare professional. Do not use this product for extended periods without medical advice.
Children and Adolescents: Beechams All in One Cold and Flu Tablets are not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Adolescents aged 12 to 18 should follow the adult dosage instructions.

Beechams All in One Cold and Flu Tablets 16s contain the following active ingredients per tablet:

Paracetamol (500mg): An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).
Guaifenesin (100mg): An expectorant that helps loosen mucus and phlegm.
